Far to expensive. A takeaway soup of the day cost £4.50 and didn't even include a roll. And the soup was terrible.

I recently visited The Kennoway Cafe as this place is now called and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The prices were simply outrageous, with a two scoop ice cream costing a staggering £6.50. In my experience, this is quite possibly the most expensive ice cream in Scotland. To add insult to injury, the quality of the ice cream was poor. The scoops were small and lacking in flavour, and the texture was grainy and unappealing. I felt like I was being ripped off, paying such exorbitant prices for a subpar product. While the staff were friendly enough, I couldn't help but feel like they were trying to compensate for the highway robbery taking place. It's no surprise that they were pleasant, given the enormous profits they must be making from unsuspecting customers.Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting The Kennoway Cafe. The prices are beyond unreasonable, and the quality of the ice cream simply does not justify the cost. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and affordable treat.

Just tried Kennoway cafe for the first time.. Wow! Worst burger I've had, tasted like chopped pork & not even hot. The brown sauce is horrible, Chips were stale and for the price paid for a burger and chips - disappointed to say the least.Don't recommend it!

In Kennoway for football today and stopped by this place to buy a coffee and get a quick wee before the game. The coffee was pretty terrible and they told me that, even as a paying customer, I couldn't use their toilet. Coffee went in the bin and I still needed a wee. What a wasted trip.

Popped in for a takeaway, but chose to sit in and I am glad I did. Friendly folk, fine fare and a fair price...what more can you ask for.
