I am a regular customer and that is because the staff are very friendly, the service is great and the atmosphere is just right. I never fail to receive a warm welcome. Even at the busiest times, the table and floors are kept clean. The coffee is very good as are the range of hot and cold meals.

I love coming in here after shopping at the retail park. It’s clean and cosy and the staff are so nice. It’s basic Costa fare, nothing special, but it’s to have a sit down and watch the world go by after a hot, busy trawl round the shops

Very good iced flat white and the sicilia lemon muffin was to die for. Very nice staff.

Staff shortage meant to only takeaway coffee cups. Staff kept very busy but remained polite and efficient.

This cafe is situated on the upper floor. The seating area was clean and tidy. We found a table easily ( Saturday 7th May late on in the afternoon) however, this does get busy at peak times especially during the weekend. There is take away available. The millionaire shortcake tasted nice. The girls who served us were polite, prompt and well presented and took the time to explain how to use the Costa app to use your rewards. I especially liked the way they thanked you for your custom and said goodbye as you left, well done the Costa staff customer service like that really makes a difference. The retail park outside has free parking.

I've been back on a few occasions since I wrote about my impressions of Costa in the Kirkcaldy retail park, published below.I can honestly say that on each visit staff are quick taking orders, it then takes time to process some of those orders but it's worth the wait. The same staff have all appeared positive, smiling and just nice which is lovely to encounter. I will return and I'm already looking forward to it!Very busy and quite well run by three very young folk.I was impressed with the member of staff (5ft 2ins, streamed blonde hair) booking folk in whilst clearing, then cleaning tables. She was well in control of her brief and kept the busy queue informed of what was going on whilst being incredibly polite and clear in what she said. The two staff serving, male with short black hair, female with arm tattoos ran the order, pay and barista bit very efficiently. There will be delays because of the limited space and volume of customers but clearly Costa in Next is a popular place. I reckon that's down to staff as well as great coffee. Will I go again? If I survive the winter yes, yes, oh yes!

This is a prime example of why I prefer to support independent coffee shops. The tables are filthy! No real care is taken to wipe/ wash them properly never mind sanitise! I had to ask for my table to be cleaned and was appalled at how it was done. Will never return. Costa need to look hard at their business. They obviously put the pound before the customer.

Due to current covid situation, the queue to get a table was long, we waited approx 40 mins.I also could not hear the waitress when she was speaking behind her visor and mask, but better to be safe.Limited cakes on offer today, coffee was good as it always is.

Server stood behind the till screaming at us until we understood what she said. It is chaotic for no visible reason. Other Costas have done complied with government guidance without having to do this. I normally enjoy Costa but this was a horrid experience. Staff have clearly no idea how to deal with customers during this time.
Very nice atmosphere. Good service.
