Just sent my son for a donner calzone asked for salad and tub garlic mayo he ordered a battered pizza comes back no salad no garlic mayo and battered pizza was just the dough no cheese or onion on the pizza wont be back not the first time order has been wrong .

Absolutely disgusting serving up a mince pie supper that was burnt. Delivered by Just Eat there was nothing I could do other than complain - and got my money back so your loss!

Great takeaway, a proper chippy with a great menu, everything made to order. Wide menu too along with usual chip shop menu there are kebabs, pizzas, burgers.Chicken donner is homemade, really nice and the salad is always fresh. Regular customer.
Can't listen to instructions. Placed an order and before listening to me jumped over me said they tried to deliver my food and they tried to phone me I had no missed calls on my phone but they we're obviously trying to call somebody else because the takeaway had no issues phoning me only the driver. The fact the said to me they tried to deliver less than 15 mins after I placed the order including driving from Kirkcaldy to Kinghorn.. I explained I put the wrong address and I was phoning them to explain where to come (it was only a different part of the caravan site) I must have said turn right into the tourer section don't go to the hotel about 7 or 8 times as I tried to explain the woman on the phone who just won't listen to me and kept talking over me. I finally gave up and told them to cancel my order. They must be raging when the work out that maybe just maybe they should have listened to me in the first place

Can you explain why you refuse to deliver my order tonight? We did nothing wrong and the very rude lady over the phone said our friend was very rude. We didn't have any friend at all. The delivery driver might have been but that's no excuse yo deliver what we purchased and you're refusing to refund us?Is this acceptable to you

It's a lot more expensive than other chip shops located in the town centre so you would expect the price to reflect that. In a pinch if you can't be bothered going to somewhere better it's barely adequate. Just avoid the fish, it's always dry and smells pretty off.
