Not good had macaroni cheese was like warm the garlic bread with cheese came out frozen! In the middle. Scampi was like warm also. Defiantly NOT worth the money won’t be back!

Recently attending with family for a Christmas meal. We will definitely be back. Our server mags was amazing and nothing was too much bother. Place is clean friendly and the food amazing . Great value for money too ?Dietary restrictions: My sister can't have cream as she's allergic however they do have sorbet optionParking: Plenty of spaces .never once struggled for one and we have been many times beforeKid-friendliness: Tvs and colouring paper and pens for kids to keep them amused whilst you waitWheelchair accessibility: Easy wide double doors

Service was shocking. Waited an hour for food which we did even land up getting as we had to wait another 30 -45 mins for food we left. No one came to check on us for drinks or have a chance to get something else manger didn’t even seem bothered . The least he could have said was a small discount or something as compensation but he was rather relaxed that we were leaving . Shocking I definitely won’t be back !

Staff was very helpful and helped surprise a 79yrs old by adding a candle to his cheesecake.All courses were good size portions and tasty.One person in our company had a very tasty vegan friendly dish.Vegetarian options: Was tasty and looked inviting on plate

Always friendly, walk in service. They made changes to allow us into a booth which was welcomed. Food was excellent, service quick and friendly.Atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Quite a traditional ambience, warm and relaxing.

When we arrived we were seated without issue. Place was already decorated for Christmas but looked nice!Drinks were then ordered but they didn't have 2 of the drinks I ordered. Wine spritz..they had to keep coming back asking me to reorder.Order taken...request for autistic son noted and mind was at ease for him.We were then informed that due to technical issue, our order didn't go thru to the kitchen after 30mins waiting.Given a free round of drinks as compensation.Food was good although we were asked how we wanted our steak...it didn't arrive like that.My youngest daughter really enjoyed her salmon fillet!!No issues with the burger ordered for son.Deserts were nice. Sticky toffee pudding sauce had a bit too much burbon in it tho!!!Apple Crumble was a strange consistency says my daughter who left half of it.Chocolate brownie was lovely!! Won't be desperate to return but wouldn't stay away completely.

Took the kids for the play area and had food for three kids and two adults. Great service from the excellent staff.. Helpful and helped us cope. Good time had by all. ThanksKid-friendliness: Staff were very patient and understanding. They were great
We had a great lunch after a spur of the moment visit. The service and food were excellent. The only thing I would mention is the vynl in the bench seat was quite worn.Overall we agreed that we would visit again.Thanks guys.

Food was "nice". Music was awful.Access to toilets, able and disabled, back out through stiff double doors, which was extremely difficult on crutches. Won't be back.Parking: Disabled bay close, but bushes alongside meant car door couldn't be opened as wide as required.Wheelchair accessibility: I use crutches/wheelchair. Toilet was extremely difficult with crutches, would have been impossible in wheelchair.

Over priced. Could have got better quality food in the local cafe. Three of us for Saturday lunch and not one of us enjoyed our meal. I'm no chef but could have made better myself. Responded to the requested email address but no reply. Certainly won't be using Greene King outlets again.

Meal for four the food was good. Few small things stopped it being 5 star.The place itself is a little tired inside and could do with being updated. Furnishings are very tired.Service was good.
