Absolutely appalled, ordered a take away from Jonaldo’s tonight instead of a collection, food was stone cold, chips were missing, called to complain was told they would make a new order and to swap out the cold stuff, I told them I need to eat as I am diabetic and have waited over an hour for it and can’t wait on the fresh stuff, I asked for a partial refund he wasn’t for it, told me he’d refund the chips and I said that goes without saying as they have not arrived. Me and my partner spend a lot of money here especially recently with us doing our house up and this will be our last time.

I’ve been going to Jonaldos for years now and have never been disappointed. It’s usually pizzas or chicken kebabs/wraps for us, and they are always excellent. Quick service too whether it’s a collection or delivery. There’s a good team working in there, so I don’t look past them at any other place in town. Highly recommended!
