Decided to go for breakfast and I orderd the Vegetarian breakfast. It was brought to me 10 mins later, so far so good. Unfortunately when tried the veg blackpudding it was cold. Next I tried the beetroot sliced sausage it was like ice in the middle, same with the veg sausage, despite them looking like them had been grilled. What didn't make sense was that the eggs were cold as well as the Beans. The toast quite clearly hadn't been toasted as well. Everything on the plate was cold, yet somehow it served to me as being done. They did offer to "heat it up" or make a fresh plate which would take 15 mins. I was so disgusted by what they served that I declined. If they couldn't be bothered cooking it properly the first time why would I wait another 15 mins for potentially the same service? I wouldn't recommend this place at all based on my experience. As you can see from the below reply there now accusing me of lying. "Inaccuracies" everything on the plate was cold. They did say 15 mins, they didn't mention anything about a complementary hot drink. The fact they don't seem to get what they served up was disgusting. Let it sink in they didn't check to see if the dish was cooked. Expecting the chance to rectify that is naive at best, at worst incompetence.

A beautiful gem within Kirkcaldy high street. Every time I visit here the food is amazing, service is on point and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. This family run business not only serves food that is super tasty, its menu always has new and exciting things to try that you don't find in other establishments. I truly believe everyone should visit!

Great hidden gem, visited with friends yesterday. I had the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon and my friends had the vegan breakfast. Food and drinks were excellent. We will definitely be visiting again soon ?

The cafe was quite busy but warm and inviting guided to my seat and given their menu opted for a Tea and Scone as nothing tantalise me it was delicious and was asked if I liked extra butter which I accepted gratefully did say to the lady when paying that the menu was a bit limited but she assured me the regularly update the menu and would take my comments on board I look forward to visiting again!

Visited this place today and was absolutely delighted with the experience. Nice and warm welcoming as soon as I entered, it gave me a very high end feel. Even though I did not eat there today, the menu looked delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff was so lovely and accommodating, I’ll definitely be back!

Nice wee cafe in Kirkcaldy's High Street. With tasty choice cakes, teas, coffees, and hot chocolates (white hot chocolate, hmmmm). Most amazingly, dogs are welcome and treated nicely. We need more of these.
