Nightmare. Have to stand outside and wait chapping the window until someone answers the window to serve you. After that i was miss-changed then told I was wrong? I bought 3 items, £1, and 2 for £1.30 so £2.70? Gave £10 and got £6 change? But I’m wrong. Disgusting.

Friendly staff, but the price of their fuel is the most expensive in the Shell stations in the Dunfermline - Glenrothes- Leven area.

Went to put air in my tires and the garage was very busy

Friendly staff. Fuel prices are ridiculous tho.

Went for fuel and fuel card was declined. Was threatened with Police although I could pay later on that night when I was back from work. The "manager" was extremely rude and wasn't helpful in anyway. I used this garage for fuel and refreshments on a daily basis and I won't be back now. Made me look and feel like a robber when I had full intention to pay. Very embarrassing and having to explain financial situations to everyone around. 1* staff are horrible

Filled my car up last week at sainsbury putting £80 in filling my tank to the top from red mark on car . Then this week went to shell. Same again car was at red . So filling £80 again. BUT this time just over half full. Will be asking why when no customers are there. ?

Sorry to say that today's experience was not a good one.Called into Shell Kirkcaldy to refuel. Didn't want to go into the shop, as it was busy with lunchtime diners at Subway and the convenience store, so logged in with the Shell Go app, and attempted to refuel. Pump 6 wouldn't work with the app. Replaced the nozzle and tried again. Nothing. And again, and again. The pump then displayed that I'd drawn £20.01 of E10 petrol. I hadn't. An amicable operative came out, but was unable to sort out problem. He suggested trying another pump, so I cancelled the transaction on the iPhone app. Relocated to Pump 2, and tried again. Same problem. This time the pump displayed that I'd drawn £20.01 of E5. I hadn't. Again. The previously amiable operative returned back to the pump wearily, as if to tie the shoelaces of a difficult child. When I asked what was going on (clearly a software issue) I was told that "it wasn't their responsibility" as "it's the Shell Go app"....Now I know that lots of these garages are franchised (this one is EuroGarages) but with SHELL plastered on every flat surface available, and all the staff wearing SHELL uniforms, as far as I'm concerned it's a SHELL garage. There should be someone who is trained properly, and knows how to reset the pumps. Yes, I COULD have tried again at another pump and paid in the store, but I wasn't in the mood for standing in the baltic cold for more time, then queueing in a poorly socially distanced store/café. It's not what you expect at 151.9 pence per litre...So, off down to ESSO at Wemyssfield. SIX pence a litre cheaper, ESSO app worked first time, AND got a further five pence per litre off with some Nectar points. In and out in under 5 minutes and £3.50 better off after a £96.00 fill-up.There are 3 main brand fuel outlets in Kirkcaldy (I don't put supermarket fuel into any of my vehicles - sorry), Esso Wemyssfield, BP Saint Clair Street and Shell Hendry Road. It'll be Esso or BP for me in the future.

** AVOID **Not allowed to pay for fuel or used the food places during school lunch time, unless you wait in a queue of 50+ school kids is unacceptable & inappropriate, 30 minutes of my life I will never get back absolute disgrace, and i’m also disabled and can’t stand for long, staff should be ashamed no though for the disabled people who need to use the shop

Taking advantage of the fuel panic buying and put their prices up and advertising £1.44 on bill board but £1.57 on the pump absolutely disgusting

Was in hear one day to be screamed at by a old lady who works there when a door jammed. Easily unjammed and opened no bother after giving it a push, she was just being wide and rude. Lady needs the sack even when she serves you she can be rude sometimes. No need for it to be honest just paging for fuel and going away

After my afternoon skip down the Forrest I decided to treat myself and the wife to a subway. She was extremely exited to tuck into her nachos with ‘extra cheese’ as we have been saving up pennies for months now and finally had a mutual agreement at the meeting table to enter our piggy bank. Said subway arrived so I ran downstairs will all my night and greeted the gentleman at the door, I lit some candles and invited my wife down to the table but to her horror the nachos with ‘extra cheese’ did not appear to match up to their expectations, I have saw more cheese on a vegan’s balloon knot. My wife Petunia began yelling at me viciously throwing the nacho chips towards me, she has since accused me of lying and has now thrown me out, filled for divorce and took the kids. Moral of the story - always keep a spare packet of grated cheese handy if you order from Subway (as a precaution)

Wish I'd drove past this place today ... Emptying the coin for air pressure before I used it ( which came up faulty for me ) Bought diesel and the attendant looked like he'd just woke up who served me !
