Asked for a chicken and mushroom pizza with a bit garlic and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. All I got was slop. Awful. They threw garlic mayo over my pizza. Shambles. Stay away.

Popped in here last night with a mate, ordered 2 Turkish burger suppers. Had to nip to the cash machine as they don't accept card and by the time we got back the meals were ready and bagged up. Got home to find the Turkish burgers had no doner meat on them. I phoned the shop to be told I would have to come all the way back down for a portion of doner meat as the delivery driver was too busy. Ended up not bothering as by the time I got there and back out burgers and chips would have been cold too. Not the best customer service to be offered. Food that we did get was good tho and the staff always friendly whenever I am there.

If I could have given them 0 I would have , meal was guaranteed by 9 .40 spoke to some incoherent employee to say it was on its way , then called back to say they are cancelling the order ! Poor poor customer service! I will never use this Ankara hotline again, promised me a refund ..... Still waiting ! Hmmm makes me wonder if all their RTW are all correct

Ordered our food @ 18:00 for delivery. We’re told it will be close to an hour. Time came and went. Got a text saying that our buzzer was on silent and they tried to call. I went to get delivery but no one was there also that tried to call and that wasn’t the case. They brought it back for next delivery. Our food arrived at 19:50, needless to say it was lukewarm. It’s been a steady downhill descent, this was the last straw, we won’t be back.

I love Tony's, always have. Amazing food, pizza is amazing, donner hoggies are amazing and the best chips I've ever had from a takeaway, cannot fault them on anything, will continue to order and enjoy from here.

The annoying thing is that the food is excellent but it shows you that it’s not everything. I used to love the place and never even considered anywhere else. Problem is they don’t like ANY criticism at all. When I say that, I don’t mean bad at all, the only thing I ever moaned at was the price. Even that it was only because a pizza one week went up 50p, no moan at all but then the following week it went up by £1. Even then, not really a moan just brought it up in conversation. They were not happy. Now remember I went there EVERY week. I got on with the guys and enjoyed going there for both the food and the banter. But after that , no banter whatsoever. Also I think they actually have decent food and better food which they give out to their preferred customers, mainly because there was a major dip in the quality of the food since then. Basically the guy who runs it is extremely petty. I can’t wait for him to get moved on (which he will). The guy who ran it before was a great guy (Ali) this guy is a complete clown. There are some good guys in there they could run rings round him (again, Ali but a different guy). If the person who actually owns this is reading this, please realise this guy is running your business into the ground and the only reason you might be doing ok is because of the location. You could be doing a lot better but this guy is holding it back. He knows nothing about customer care. I am actually losing weight due to this idiot because I’d rather go home hungry than eat there now. I’m not alone in this so please reevaluate your staff as your current standing of being the best takeaway in Kirkcaldy is on the brink of being lowered. Just so you know, there was no other takeaway to me at one point. Loved the place, loved the staff and looked forward to seeing them. Treated them with the upmost respect especially compared to others which i usually sorted out when i was there which I didn’t have to do, but I respected them a lot so didn’t mind. But since my ‘incident’ of one slight moaning about the price increase, I’ve been basically ostracised and treated like a piece of s**t. I basically ignored the place for a while but got the courage last night to go in and ask what the problem was. The boss guy pretended there was no problem. He’s a complete idiot and very very petty. I actually love the food, but it shows you that’s not what it’s all about. Nowadays I’d rather go hungry than go there

My daughter ordered online.2 calazone 10 and 12 inch. Put on special instructions Garlic separate. Came with garlic butter or cheese on top of calzone.RUINED.

Ordered food took over 2 hours to arrive was SHOUTED at not spoken to by a man who was totally rude , food was freezing will never order from this place again , It used to be ok a couple of years ago but the new people that have took over are rude arrogant and the food quality is rubbish ???????
