This is THE cafe! With exceptional quality food and outstanding reasonable prices. I absolutely love coming here, as a regular. The thing I love most is that it’s a non-profit making coffee shop, all the profits go to the local charity, Living Hope. The do BOMB lattes and toasties are supreme ??. Defo coming back!

Great coffee and friendly staff !

Pleasantly surprising coffees and snacks in rather unassuming surroundings. Staff are very nice, make good food and drink and will tell you corny jokes if you are nice to them.

Excellent quiet and friendly cafe where you can pay forward for others who are hard up to have a hot drink / soup etcVery special place and food/drinks delicious and good value!

The Lighthouse Café is located next to the railway station of Kyle of Lochalsh, the end of the single-track Kyle of Lochalsh Line. The café is popular with locals, train passengers and by-passers. Free WiFi. Service is friendly and efficient. Waiting for the Inverness train we spotted the spacious café. Furniture and decoration are in a modest style. The café offers coffee & tea, soups, sandwiches & cake. We went for coffee & white tea, pastry and rolls. The coffee was OK, the pastry poor, the tea was fine and the freshly made rolls with ham, cheese & tomato were excellent.

A nice spot with friendly service for a break from the outdoors or a light snack. An at home feel.

Stopped by for a bacon roll and tea, after driving over the bridge from Skye. It was great to enjoy some good food and chat with Stuart and Stevie.

A lovely West Highland welcome, good coffee and hot chocolate, and scones with clotted cream. Perfect!

Nice coffee, fantastic local people. Flapjacks were amazing and they gave me the recipe! Will definitely be coming back :)

Whilst it may look unpresupposing from the outside I warmly recommend this cafe, the homemade soup was delicious, lovely warm crusty roll to go with it, grand coffee and flapjack, excellent value.

Great place to visit if you love amazing coffee, homemade cakes to die for and friendly service ?.Unfortunately it opens only after 10 am (so no early breakfast) but it has the best coffee in the area!No fancy decor or view but certainly worth a visit.

I normally go for the Flat White as it’s the best I’ve tried but in the afternoon I often sample some of his delicious, homemade milkshakes. The home baking and soup is also great and the local “living hope” charity benefit from proceeds.

As we were driving to the Isle of Skye we decided to stop for a coffee before we drove over the bridge. Luckily there was a space just outside this coffee shop, with hindsight I think it might be a church hall? But eaither way we popped in, there was a gentleman making the coffees etc and very chatty. While He was making the drinks I noticed a blackboard with post it’s on, asking if you were having a bad day etc and just needed a free coffee/sandwich? Then I noticed that it was for people to buy said food/drinks for the less fortunate. Brilliant idea especially as I contribute to our local Foodbank each week, I felt I was still doing my bit even when on holiday.
