Harbour Slipway, Kyle of Lochalsh, KyleWow! What a feast at Fisherman's Kitchen Kyle! The oysters, white crab meat, lemon sole and Isle of Skye mussels were excellent and full of flavor. We are lucky with the weather such early in the season and the outdoor seats to enjoy the seafood are priceless. It was a busy day at the store: the guests kept on arriving, but the staff was steadily very friendly and welcoming.
On the way back, we took another portion of mussels, a seafood salad and wraps with crab-meat. We had to keep the feast going strong!

The Lighthouse Coffee
Station Rd, Kyle of Lochalsh, KyleWonderful place with great atmosphere. Great coffee as well. Stopped here on the way to the Isle of Skye. Friendly owners and love their ministry work. Would highly recommend.

1 Station Rd, Kyle of Lochalsh, KyleAmazing atmosphere (and music), great food the owner and her husband were super friendly and conversational! Make sure you try their coffee and hot chocolate options and don’t miss the beef stew with puff pastry… and we can’t forget the baked goodies. I think the brownies are at least a part of the reason he married her and half the reason we’ll be back to brave the cold in the winter to enjoy more of her brownies, amazing food, coffee and conversations!!!

Station Rd, Kyle of Lochalsh, KyleWe visited this restaurant for lunch while traveling to the Isle of Skye and were thoroughly impressed. The food was of excellent quality; we had the pie of the day with meat and a haggis burger, both of which were delicious, with the burger standing out for its juiciness and rich flavor. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area.
