Visited just after 12pm today.Sitting in.They shop was extremely busy but I have to say the 2 young members of staff were excellent at serving people quickly efficiently and with a smile. They are a credit to the company . I needed to go to toilet and the guy behind the counter took the time to come and open the door for me. Well done and thank you

Every single time I enter the establishment I never get my expected product due to lack of preparation or their being too lazy to cook food. Plenty staff no food. Their food is great but their servicing is underwhelming

Had an excellent time at Greggs, however person sweeping missed a spotVery nice Staff, woman called Grace was absolutely lovely however she was sweeping
