Just home from our 1st visit. Can't wait to return. Best food I've tasted in a long time. The mushroom pastry basket starter was so full of flavour, the smell as it reached the table was amazing. Hubby enjoyed the pate starter, and the chutney was superb. Both Fillet Steaks were cooked to perfection. I could have sat all night sampling the desserts. Unfortunately I only had room for 1, the creme brulee, did not disappoint.Both gentlemen waiters were very attentive and their recommendation of the house rose was spot on.We can't wait until our next visit.Enjoy your week off & we look forward to returning very soon.

The Korean chicken poppers were amazing, we had katsu curry, pepper chicken, fajitas & chicken burger, all fantastic!! Service was great & good value for money. Def be back, could not recommend highly

What a gem of a place in Lanark. Beautifully clean and bright restaurant/cafe in centre of town. Staff are so kind and helpful. Service was great, and food was brilliant!We had cooked breakfasts, and they set us up for the day!Coffee was lovely, too.I would highly recommend this place!! You need to go!!

A clean relaxed atmosphere whilst adhering to current COVID-19 ruling. The staff are friendly and efficient whilst serving tasty snacks and meals. A variety of dishes available both for vegetarians and meat eaters and if vegan - just ask as they state on their menu that they can accommodate you! Well priced and good portions. The tables are all dressed in pure white linen, which in itself is inviting. Dining can be taken indoors or outdoors when the weather allows, plus a dog bowl outside which means pooches are allowed w-hey! Just another mention for the staff as they go above and beyond during very difficult times within hospitality-WELL DONE! We will be back:-)

Lovely place to eat in, views of the beautiful Loch. Food is good and staff friendly. You can take dogs in down stairs lounge or sit on the terrace outside. Been here a few times now.Parking: The parking is free, it's part of the park and therefore plenty spaces including disabled.Kid-friendliness: Take my grankids her, and they are always made to feel welcome.

From soups to baked spuds with scones in between - The Broomgate Cafe is our go-to lunch choice. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. Personal favourites include their home made soup, and the cheese scones. Apparently the white chocolate and raspberry scones are also a must but I am never lucky enough or quick enough to get my mitts on one!

Our first successful Chinese sink moving to Lanarkshire last May so we are very happy to recommend Jerry's. We had been put off previously as there is no online menu available so maybe they could put something on their Facebook page. I braved ordering without a menu and we had sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style and beef chop suey with chips and plain chow mein. It was all beautifully cooked, tender meat, tasty sauces and fresh. So relieved to have found this place and looking forward to being more adventurous now we have a menu.

The food is by far the best Chinese in Lanark. They have just renovated the seating area. I've not been into this part yet. Mostly takeaway but prior to renovations would go in for a business lunch. Service is quick, and food is always really hot. Staff are friendly.
