“This was my first time at this bar. I was served by a young man with long hair (unfortunately I didn't get his name) and he was so polite and amazing, even after telling me what shots they didn’t have he went through what they did have, when my partner left to lift cash he watched my items for me when I went to the bathroom, he was so polite and genuine and I left a £10 tip (if at the time I had more cash I’d have given more) for how polite and genuine he was! That’s what service should be and I hope he feels like he’s done good at the end of every day. 2/10/24 we visited, thanks to him we will definitely visit again”
