Terrible service.we took some children in for fireworks hot chocolate as a treat . The kids we took in have special needs so we're a bit excited by everything and a member of staff came over and bluntly asked for the noise to be kept down after spending 40.00 in the shop ?

Ants in 3 Coffees when I called store they didn't seem to care much said it just happens they would send my daughter voucher to cover cost of drinks.. never arrived. Whilst I like costa I wouldn't go in this costa.

The shop is not clean . Coffee machines looks as not been cleaned in months . Cups tea pot and milk jugs x 2 where all dirty and when ask for clean cup the girl risined under hot water I rhenium ask for it to be replaced in take away cups
