The staff are exceptional in this store. The only real reason for not giving 5 stars is there are no parking provisions. Boyd Street where the store is located is a nightmare to find parking on street.
Pleasant, freindly and helpful staff. Store is always clean and usually well stocked. Great value and choice for a smaller shop. Their product line in the last few years has improved, including some higher end stuff and some excellent branded vegetarian foods. Only downside for some may be the parking, not much of a problem though if you visit out with peak visiting hours.

I award my score based on all the friendly staff and especially Jaqueline. This lady oozes confidence and can pinpoint where every food item is located. She is always smiling and courteous to all her customers. One day she saw I was in a bit of pain with my sciatica and carried my heavy pack of Irn Bru out to my car for me. She is the reason I go to Farmfoods Largs on a regular basis. On her Customer Service skills i award her 12 out of 10.
