First impressions were that this was a proper old fashioned chip shop that hadn’t changed decor in 50 years, i found this quaint however the only reason I put 2 stars is because the fish was ok but it was very small. The chips were inedible, everything was so greasy, the chips were more like wedges and were actually chewy, i kid you not. In the time from buying it and eating it the boxes were soggy from the grease, I’ve never seen that ever. I paid Just under £18 for 2 fish suppers which was a complete waste of money as nearly all of it went in the bin. Very very disappointed.

Visiting elderly parents on Thursday evening decided to take in some food for them. Really disappointed, chips far too big and small portion of fish not our cup of tea (even my parents didn’t like it .
DISGUSTING AVOID!!Ordered 2 kebabs and a 12” pizza and chips. Kebabs were frozen whatever meat it is was heated in the microwave (massive microwave burns all over it) and it smelt seriously out of date pizza was solid completely burnt underneath and inedible, chips were badly cut up and flung into a overused chip fryer by the looks of it revolting. Phoned and complained to be told I’d get my money back only to be handed not even half the bill. Reported this takeaway to the correct authorities hopefully get this awful place shut down people somebody end up badly ill AVOID AVOID AVOID!! (Didn’t want to give any stars but wouldn’t post without)

We went to the chip shop for tea and the chips was still a bit hard the fish was dripping in oil was hoping for a chicken pie but don't do it and the pies they do have are disgusting won't go there again.

Placed an order for collection. Arrived before stated time. Told they didn't take cards. Went for cash, returned at the collection time. Had to wait more than 20 minutes past the time the food was ordered for before getting it. Then it was only OK at best.
