The Clansman
70 High St, Leslie, GlenrothesA very decent public house offering quaint surroundings and a strong sense of everything Scottish. They serve nice meals and are well known for their bar suppers. The food and drink prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere very nice. In all of my visits the staff have been very friendly and the only real problem for me is that when it is a bit busy you are forced into the less comfortable seating area. If you are in the area it is a nice place to visit for a meal or a drink.

K & K Fish Bar
235 High St, Leslie, GlenrothesWe arrived when there was one customer ahead of us in the shop and they were cooking the fish fresh to order, which I thought was a good sign. Shortly afterwards, lots of other customers arrived, which is also a good sign! There was very friendly service and it was Amy as expensive as I had expected. I was also given a free drink and lollipop with my child’s meal. We were served quickly and when we got the meals home, there was a huge amount of chips and two fish in the fish supper. It was among the best fish I have ever tasted, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll be back!
