The staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s usually busy when I get there and they run around like a well oiled machine. Not an easy job with so many hungry people to deal with. I was sad to read about the deaf person having a bad experience. I am sure that if they have read your review they will try better next time. The screens and masks make understanding difficult for us all.

I have always given Greggs a five star rating but not today. I visited greggs today at 11am The shop was empty. I asked the assistant if I was too late for a bacon roll I couldn’t understand her reply. I explained I was deaf. I finally got that the bacon was finished. I asked for a latte agin I couldn’t understand her reply. She turned to the other assistant and I saw the expression on her face. I said Don’t bother and I walked out. I was so upset. It is very frustrating to be deaf and the mask don’t help. There was also a screen she could have pulled her mask down. Won’t rush back if she is there. Bad customer relations.

Love the Flat white coffee out of Gregg's, and my three year old loves the sausage bean and cheese melt followed by a fudge doughnut for after he just loves them.
