Alyson and Ross are a lovely, personable couple who gave a great tour of their gin distillery business. We learnt about their business’ background and the process of making their gin from distillation to bottling and labeling. It was just the right balance of information and humour. We booked the tour after finding it advertised on Itison, the tour is good value, offering a drivers’ non-alcoholic tour too. Last but not least the gin was great and we got to sample a good range of tastes. Highly recommend

The gin is beautiful and Alison is so passionate about the business and a genuinely lovely host!!! Great chat, great gin... Will be looking to book for a family party!! I was looking forward to the tour but honestly didn't expect such an amazing experience!!Cannot recommend the gin or the tour enough!!

Took the Saturday taste & tour, and I cannot recommend it enough!Owners, creators, distillers, and heart of the company, Alyson and Ross have cultivated a truly unique product with a heart-warming story that shows just how passionate and resilient they are ?Enjoying a welcome cocktail we learned the history of the brand followed by a tour of the facilities, getting a true behind the scenes look at the whole process from their cool tech and distilling process to the tedious task of bottling and labeling The tour ends with a super fun and interactive tasting of 4 different gins and a wee custom “cocktail” that could be shot or sipped ?We had the pleasure of meeting Alyson who ran the tasting and introduction as well as Ross who gave the facility tour. The gin is truly delicious, very different from anything generic you may have tried - ask about their botanicals ?Not only is their classic LinGin incredible, they are very innovative with their approach and openness to new recipes and products ranging from a “colour series”, “the four Marys series”, and even dabbling in some barrel-aged gins, too ?Plus, our hosts were open to any and every question we had.Tip: like I said, I can’t recommend this tour enough, but also, keep an eye out for some cool tours like the canal boat cruise tour or a train & gin tour ? ? ?Thanks LinGin for the best experience, doubly thanks for some amazing bottles to go, will definitely be back ??

Absolutely fantastic tour the husband and wife owners and distillers give an amazing invite into the history of the distillery the passion they have reflects in the finished product. Starting with an amazing welcome with a choice of their product in our case we had a gin and tonic which was Alyson then went on to explain the history of Linlithgow Gin her knowledge of the company and she is the main designer of the end products was fascinating. Ross took over as the distiller his knowledge of making and producing these very different with Alyson’s ideas was a fantastic background into the production side was fascinating and interesting. This husband and wife team made our tour way beyond my expectation of the present from my daughter. So helpful in every way as we travelled from Fife in recommending a place for lunch of the several suggestions we used the Bridge was faultless and the others would find it hard to be to the same level. We bought several different gins at reasonable prices. Thanks for a lovely day ending in a forever remembered tour Alyson and Ross you are a wonderful pair so dedicated to your dream.

Fantastic tour, very professional and informative. Wonderful couple who run and own the distillery, looking forward to making our way through the gins we purchased at the end which we we felt in no way pressured to purchase. Brilliant!

If there was 10 stars, we would have rated in 10 stars! Cannot recommend this distillery highly enough, allison was an absolute joy and hugely knowledgeable on all things gin with a bit of whisky chat too. The warehouse may be humble but the contents are exceptional. Gin after gin on the 5 gin tasting menu was a delight, learning as we went through the tour was paced perfectly between informative and fun.We left with a few miniatures and a full bottle of LinGin Berry, which was an absolute delight! I chose my words carefully, we left with these but there has already been some additional tasting going on!As the driver I never felt left out and have, and will continue, to rave about the Gin, the tour and most importantly, the lovely people who make this product BY HAND, and it really is by hand! Can you tell I loved this place? Keep up the amazing work, and hope to join you for another tasting soon.

My partner and I saw the Linlithgow Gin Distillery tour on a popular voucher website and decided to buy the tour as a gift for a close friend's birthday. We all went this past Saturday, 2nd July and had an absolutely wonderful time. The distillery is run by the 2 founders/owners and they do *everything* themselves --- the tour, the research & development, the distilling, bottling, corking, labelling, distribution, etc. The tour is a brilliant format, opening with the history of the distillery and a tonne of information about how the 2 owners came to start the distillery (I won't spoil it!). We proceeded to then learn more about the actual distilling process, as well as being shown the bottling process, labelling, etc. which is all done by hand! Finally, we had a gin sampling of 5 different gins that they produce, with a choice of mixer and an explanation of the story behind each gin. The value for money on this tour is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone who is into learning more about gin, who wants to support a small local business or fancies trying something new. I would highly recommend the gin to anyone who counts themselves a gin lover -- you absolutely must try it!
