Won't visit this place since Greene King brewery changed its hugely significant name against the wishes of the locals. There are other pubs to use in the town, ones that respect local history and denizens.

The barman was friendly as were other customers. Our soft drinks were as expected. The bar is dog friendly too, of course.

So changing your not racist name because a few people felt it was racist? You all should be ashamed to be lose your identity to please people who will never even visit your business.

I went to this establishment and I wasn't disappointed. The staff are very friendly. As for the name of it, people need to sort their lives out. Its the name of a female dog and the pub has been called this for years. People have too much time on their hands these days and get offended too easily.
