We would like to applause this owner for joining a scheme called too good to be true in our area,we were lucky last night to order. A bag which we get tonight, when my husband an ex soldier of 21 years had an accident seven weeks ago money became very tight, there is no no money for anything bar basic we are both 65 and picking up these bags at minimal cost is a blessing to us ,so I thank you for having the heart and compassion to care for those who have not. I had a wonderful time at this cosy cute cafe in the heart of Linlithgow! I had heard the locals rave about this place so I had to go in a try it myself. The service was amazing- the owner welcomed me with a smile and even offered to whip the cream for my scone fresh for me then and there! The coffee and scone were amazing, I will be coming back for sure- all the way from Australia ☺️

Great place to sit for a coffee, quiet, cosy, great atmosphere. Sheena's cakes are made with love and care and I will definitely visit again very soon!!! I highly recommend for an afternoon tea or coffee if you are on Linlithgow.

While food here is very good, the owner is decidedly frosty and unwelcoming. As a local resident I was pleased when it opened, but recently have experienced extreme rudeness from owner. My friend and I were recently effectively asked to leave as “You’re finished, aren’t you, and I need the table” were the words from owner. We were barely finished. This friend had experienced the same treatment before, more than once, but I hadn’t believed her. The owner clearly wasn’t pleased that we had ordered only coffees. I realise it is a small cafe and needs quick turnover but this rudeness is simply not ok. If she had just waited we would have left of our own accord as we saw that the table was required, and it is not uncommon to have to wait for a table in busy cafes. We will NEVER be back. Such a shame.

My wife and I had a light lunch in this lovely wee tearoom today. Lovely welcome from the owner, delicious food and great craic. Particularly loved the Pear and Almond cake. We’ll certainly make a point of dropping in, whenever we are in Linlithgow, provided we can get a table. I also want to apologise, again, for breaking the china saucer.

A lovely atmosphere with a friendly owner who can bake a storm. Each piece of baking was worth the visit, and the tea/coffee was great. Although small, it feels very cosy and was quite popular, and everyone seemed very happy with all aspects of their visit, including myself. Will visit again as this was worth the money easily.

Popped in briefly with my husband this afternoon. Wonderful coffee with a piece of millionaire's shortbread. It was excellent. Some tablet had just been made and I was asked if I'd like to try it. Still slightly warm, beautiful texture which crumbled really well. Wonderful smell and taste. 10/10! This is such a great little café.

As the name suggests, a cosy wee cafe, with four tables. A good selection of homemade cakes and traybakes; the sticky gingerbread was fresh, moist and delicious. Homemade tomato and red pepper soup was delicious. Butternut soup was tasty. Both were served with two generous slices of bread.
