I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered via Deliveroo, food arrived cold, missing item and wrong item. The wrong item was ticked in the receipt as though they have checked the burgers but they have not. Completely opposite from what I ordered. Cannot contact restaurant to complain or ask for a replacement of some sort. Asked for the automated refund in Deliveroo but ended up with no food to eat.

It’s not the same Burger King as was before! Small burgers with cold cheese! Floor very slippery and tables dirty! Rude and lazy staff!Avoid this place!

Visited for lunch today and will not return. Could not get the kiosk machine to operate properly although that may be my lack of skill. Ordered at the counter instead and then waited over 20 minutes for food. Not a large order but the chips were cold as were the onion rings. Not great quality or value for money.

I have visited this place many times since it opened around a decade ago and never had a problem. The food is always hot, fresh and exactly what i order and the staff are first class, i should know having worked in the service industry for over 20 years. Would recommend to everyone.

I get the chicken nuggets and chips meal its always so good staff are so helpful they always make u feel welcome i love going for food there its the best food ever i would definitely recommend it to anyone i love sitting in i haven't got a bad thing to say about anything if anyone does then they are

Management team Ryan and raja are very incompetent, back of house always floods, Ice machine never works. Julie communication skills are not a great level as she mumbles. Speed of service customers are waiting for ages. The team structure can not meet the demands off the public again down too poor management from Ryan and Raja. There is a blame culture within the place and customers can see not good team morale. Ryan always stutters and does not know what to say when customers ask him questions while always having dandruff on his shirt not a good appearance. Dining area full of flies. If only eho could come to this place. The conditions for staff are awful not getting all their breaks. High retention staff turnover rate..food is not similar in appearance or quality in which is advertised.

Very, very poor service. Stood waiting to place an order for almost ten minutes, despite there being only one person in front of me, staff ignoring us. Person in front of me was served and then that server disappeared. I asked another staff member if I could place an order and was told "You'll have to wait." So we just left. I have had poor service before at this Burger King and had decided to give it another go, I won't make the mistake of visiting it again. I gave the food one star which might be unfair but I'll never know.

I was served by scott assistant manager. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend. Ryan is very friendly and helpful too.

I enjoyed my vegan royale with bakon and cheese, it is always made nice and hot here, the way I like to eat my food.Vegetarian options: I'm glad they extended their veggie and vegan range here, it gives me more options of meals to choose from.

The staff were great, always helpful and respectful to me and my family. The lad who helped us at the till was great, reviewing the order as we went along. There is one small thing is like to point out; the toilets had no paper and the bins were quite full however I understand it was during a very busy period. Overall, I thought it was good. Great customer service :)
