Nearly 2 hours for a food order to arrive, restaurant manager Gaurav is rude, unapologetic and dismissive. Food was lukewarm at best and not very tasty. AVOID

After recieving my order 1hr and 40 mins after placing it, the receipt information that the poor delivery driver had, there was no house number on it!!!???The driver had to go round all the numbers in the street to find me, which i happened to be last number in the street *NOT the drivers fault and so sorry that she had to do thatI checked my address in my account details and it literally says primary address WITH my house number on it, stored as the correct one!! My email receipt does show the street with no number?My mobile number was wrong as id just gotten a new one so i did TRY to ring the cafe to see where my order was for the cafe number not to be recognised VERY strange??Maybe an issue with the website???Don't know why they couldn't have emailed meNow have a cold horrible breakfast and disgusting wet soggy rolls and I'm £20 down such a shame, it would have probably tasted lovelyPlease take note of the reviews before orderingWill not be doing so again!!

Great little place to grab a bite to eat. Food was delicious, staff were unbelievably kind. Will definitely be back and I recommend it to anyone in the area!

My husband and I used to order from their Bathgate store all the time. Recently we’ve been trying to order from the Livingston branch but the order never goes through.. because they’re closed. Yet both Google AND just eat are saying they’re open which I find quite frustrating as we’ve found ourselves sitting for a good while waiting to then see what’s going on.. to find out they’re shut but haven’t updated it on google OR just eat.
