“Visited on Thursday night. Young lady serving was first class! A real credit to Costa. Had an issue with rogue cup getting lid to fit. Staff dealt with this immediately and could not have been more helpful. Lad serving had great cust service and perfect humour alongside this. Again a credit to Costa as this level of service is sadly lacking elsewhere. Female Manager/supervisor is clearly doing good job as she was there and assisted well. Keep up this level of customer care.”
