The staff in the Livingston branch are outstanding. My husband collapsed ill in store and Ben was outstanding in his care and support. An ambulance was called and Ben looked after my husband and myself until the ambulance arrived, ensuring he was comfortable and cared for. His care was outstanding and beyond and above , his attention and approach is exemplary for customer care. I cannot thank Ben and the staff enough for the care they provided

I was greeted with a "are you ok?" I asked for an espresso and without asking i was charged and served a double espresso served in a paper cup, when i asked if it has to be in a paper cup i was told "yes, cause we are closed" terrible service.

Ordered a hot chocolate with fresh cream and Marshmallows. They don't have any fresh cream and it's only 1 o'clock in the afternoon...come on get your act together
