Absolutely worst management ever.. stood by and watched other staff bullying staff who had bipolar then pretended to care .. this woman laura walker should never be in charge of staff .. try the phone number it doesn’t work because they dont want people contacting them.. she does staff out of sick money, made staff with covid work and i have screenshots to prove it .. she is not a manager she has no people skills whatsoever, im going to newspaper with story about her .. watch this space

Visited on Thursday night. Young lady serving was first class! A real credit to Costa. Had an issue with rogue cup getting lid to fit. Staff dealt with this immediately and could not have been more helpful. Lad serving had great cust service and perfect humour alongside this. Again a credit to Costa as this level of service is sadly lacking elsewhere. Female Manager/supervisor is clearly doing good job as she was there and assisted well. Keep up this level of customer care.

At Costa you expect to wait a while longer than most places but the authorities here was exceptionally long. Sadly staff need to step up a gear meandering seems the best description. Coffee was delicious as usual but ?Worth the wait.

Great service from the stsff and well made coffee sets up the goid experience. Is akso a great place to sit and chat or just watch the wotkd go by . Highly recommended
