Excellent service from Gemma very informative on choice available for our meal at 8pm, attentive with drink and meeting our needs. We attended after the fireworks, a busy Sunday on top of families before fireworks.

I loved this place however tonight has massively put me off ever returning.First issue seating was so uncomfortable.Second issue food was rubbish honestly looked and tasted like it was a microwaved meal. For being a beef place the burgers are small and dry and tasteless. We were meant to have the triple cooked chips with our meal we got small horrible fries. When we told the person serving us the person didn’t really care, didn’t offer anything. The meal as basic as it gets definitely not worth the money we paid.Myself and my partner both have said we won’t be going back.The person serving did ask us to leave a review on Google so I hope management reads this and returns this restaurant I loved.

We stayed for one night as its only about 6 miles from Edinburgh Airport.The price was really good.Got the mixed grill for dinner and it was nice and tasty, the nachos not so much.Over all the hotel was comfortable but could do with an update.I would stay again as its convenient for the airport.Yes there are closer hotels, but are much more expensive.

Had to wait until staff noticed us.Apart from that, staff excellent & friendly.Food well presented, but average. I had the curry. She wasn't impressed with her steak sandwichTable needed a good clean. So sticky that the menu stuck to it.

Had hier al gereserveerd voordat wij aankwamen. Combi deal met de hotel.Later las ik de laatste reviews en had er een hard hoofd in.Voorgerecht was calamari en die was wel lekker, alleen net iets te vettig voor mijn smaak.Hoofdgerecht was steak. Je proefde de houtskool smaakt. Was goed te doen.Nagerecht was lekker de popcorn sundae Zonder popcorn. HihiGeen foto's gemaakt :(

By far the best beefeater I've been to and I've been to a few with working all over our fine land.. portions were bigger than any other beefeater in the area. Mixed grill Cooked to perfection might I add.. service was awesome decent price can't actually think of anything to complain about

WOW… what an utterly unbelievable DISGUSTING meal … if you could it a meal!!! Over priced for tiny portions badly cooked and something I wouldn’t even give away!!! Well done beefeater you should be shut down!

I stayed with a colleague at the premier inn next to the Beefeater from the 16th to the 18th July 2023.We went to the Beefeater and had a single drink in the evening and also asked for a table. The jumped up team leader told us that we would have to queue up and wait our turn, (even though no-one was waiting??) We were sitting at the table next to waiting point and although no-one was waiting, and she knew we were waiting, she still refused to show us a table unless we stood up. She made us wait for two hours until we gave up and just ordered food at the bar and ate at the table we were sitting at in any case. So very petty and totally unfriendly. We believe that she seriously needs to have some customer relation training....

Food is ok, what you’d expect for the price. Service is pretty much non existent, they have one poor person running around trying to serve everyone, so not the individuals fault. Took 30 minutes to even get to order our drinks, a further 20 minutes to order, and we only got our food after about an hour and a half. Avoid unless you have 2 and a half hours to spare for lunch
Very friendly staff and really good food. Was very impressed by both the staff and food we had during our stay, excellent. Special mention to Clair our waitress and the chefs

Had lunch today at the Deer Park Beefeater in Livingston with 6 friends, we meet here every month or so as the food and service is always first class. The waiting staff are always so accommodating and friendly towards us, they acknowledge when possible that we as a group prefer to be seated at a round table in a booth so that we can all see and hear each other. The kitchen staff are excellent at their jobs too especially Logan and David who when they have the time come out to on to the floor to ask if we were all happy with our meals which is such a nice touch these days. The prices are not too expensive either for the quality and choices of food, I highly recommend this establishment for their food and service and I know that the others in the group would not consider any where else for our lunch dates, well done to the entire staff, we will always be back.

Had a Sunday afternoon out with the wife I had the mixed grill the wife had steak pie The mixed grill was Cooked to perfection (Logan ) the chef did a great job

Went for early evening meal ,service wasn’t great , starters very nice as always , main course was mixed grill , sausages half cooked and gammon steak was the same , the ribs were bit over cooked and burnt and dry …..
