A lot better than I remembered. Last few times it was terrible so hadn't been for about a year but really enjoyed my starter and meal and so did my daughter. They definitely have upped their game. Will be back.

We've been visiting here for several years but unfortunately after today's experience, we won't be back. Prices have increased, which is understandable given the current climate, however, the portions were half of what we previously would receive and the quality is no longer the same. £10 for a ceasar salad which was the size of a side plate and a pasta dish, in a small bowl.Unfortunately, for the first time, we left still hungry. I will say that the only positive was the fact that all staff were polite and friendly.

We dined at Frankie and Benny’s near the McArthur Glen shopping outlet Livingston. First, I have to mention the lady who served our table - although I don’t know her name - as she has perfected customer service. We remembered her from the last time we were there a year ago because she was so good. She times everything perfectly - from taking our orders, serving our food, replenishing drinks - and what a memory she has for taking the orders (starters and mains for 5 and not a pen, paper or tablet was used - it takes me to remember what I want to order for myself!!!). She’s very friendly without being obtrusive. Oh! and of course the food, as always we certainly weren’t disappointed - all lovely and piping hot and certainly no complaints about the price. We always order everything to share between us and they automatically brought us individual plates as well as the plates of food we ordered, without having to ask - the lady serving really does pay attention to what we’re saying. So a special thank you to her from us.Vegetarian options: We chose some vegetarian options, although none of us are vegetarian, just because there was a decent choice.Parking: Plenty spaces and disabled parkingDietary restrictions: Although nobody at our table had any dietary restrictions, we were asked if there was any before we ordered.

Was having a good day thought I would splash out get frankie and bennies thru just eat I ordered the chicken and rib platter at 4.45 I received an alert saying they were running late fair enough its Saturday I will accept that.It came at 7.15 yes with an apologetic small pizza but both that and my main meal were cold had to microwave them both to a warm temp, was raging by this point, chips were ice cold, I don't know what else to say except wasn't a taste sensation either.Give up delivering if you can't cope.

We went tonight for a belated birthday dinner and we really appreciated the care and attention given to us tonight. Our wee boy, who’s 5, gets quite anxious going to new places. But the staff bent over backwards to let us sit where we wanted and gave us their Wi-Fi code, so our wee one could watch his tablet. It made such a difference and instead of it being a tense experience, it turned into a really nice night. The food was great and a really good choice on the menu. Even the wee booklet for the kids kept our wee one busy for a good while, which helped take his mind off being anxious. The staff were really friendly and served us quickly, with great recommendations for food too! So big thank you to all the staff for making our night really enjoyable. We will be back soon! ????
This is my new favourite restaurant! Never been to Frankie and Benny’s before, this was my first time, got served by a sweet and bubbly personality (Andra I believe), service was great I felt very comfortable, and the food was even better. I got a bacon burger and cheese fries, delicious! Coming back soon!

Visited frankie and bennys tonight first time. My daughter got a pizza it was tasteless hardly any tomato base it was soggy underneath. I had a burger was nice but the bun fell apart. I wouldn't recommend really disappointed. There was also fruit flies around us it was not nice. Wouldn't come back

Paid a visit to this establishment on Thursday night for a little get together with friends. The food was top notch and the service was excellent, especially the brown haired woman (Stacey, I think?)Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be dining here again, 5/5 stars.

2 plates of gluten free pasta was not cooked properly - some of it was hard, the dish had hardly any sauce and food was cold. Have had lots of gluten free pasta and not once was it hard and inedible!! The feedback for chef, make sure it's soft enough to eat and hot! Very disappointing.
