I use this greggs all the time as it’s in the same centre I work in and I’ve noticed recently the staff’s attitude just getting poorer and poorer. Over 15 minute wait at lunch time in a queue today (arrived at 2pm and served at 2:17pm) as one member of staff was serving and the queue was out the door yet there was 4 other staff on? The staff are usually dead nice so I don’t mind the wait but recently I’ve found myself being served by this one girl who just is the epitome of poor customer service. Every time I go in she snaps at me about the app when I say I have it and while the rest of the team make you aware your food may be colder she simply doesn’t bother. Her face is always tripping her unless she’s having a laugh with the rest of the team - while speaking to customers like dirt under her shoe. Ironically she was the only member of the team without a name badge on lol but it’s not hard to tell what one I’m talking about when you go. As someone who’s quite socially anxious it’s now made me really hesitant to return

A Perfect place to get something to eat or drink 3 ways inside the Shopping Centre where there are two inside Almondvale and The Petrol Station near the centre .Perfect .

The toilets are disgusting. The actual toilet bowl and lids are covered in foetal matter, the sanitary boxes are full and haven't been emptied in weeks. Floor is filthy, hand drier broken. I took these photos yesterday Tuesday 17 July. I had previously checked the toilets last Friday and found them in the same condition. Something needs to be done to resolve this disgusting situation.

We have ordered from here a couple times and they never get the orders right like they just give you wat that want and when you call to tell them they tell you you have to pay more to get your order right so they can send the new order. Joke

Had to settle for different items as the ones I went in for had sold out. Note to self - get in earlier! No matter, we enjoyed the eats anyway.

Very disappointing went with family member for a breakfast bagette none left. eh not even 10 am but got a roll so she was happy, nooo GF BREAD NOT EVEN A FROZEN roll.. Offered a Gf bought in biscuit with my coffee. I took a egg and bacon roll. Come on Greggs its 2023 i cant be the only. person in west lothian to have allergies to Wheat and Gluten.

Always queues since they do deliveries. Staff seem to be dealing with the deliveries, not serving the poor folk who actually got dressed and came to the shop !!
