My experience at KFC Livingston was amazing. The service was quick and the staff very friendly and efficient. I would strongly recommend eating at the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well kept as well.

Order was prepared pretty quickly but some of the sides were wrong, I was given gravy instead of corn and pepsi instead of 7up. Lettuce in burger was rotten so I had to ask for new one.

This place is out of this world, it is such an amazing place to experience! I came in one day depressed, thought my life was ending, but I talked to the wonderful staff at this location and I realised life was worth living, they brought so much joy and the food was a bonus! It tasted so good and sent my taste buds into overdrive! I will definitely be back! Such a great place to go on your low days! Actually on any days!

We find that KFC's in general are grubby with food on the floor and dirty tables (we always cover the tables we use with napkins) and no staff tidying up. Not this one. It was spotless - and I congratulated the staff as we left. All other KFC's (especially Greenock, Stafford) take note. If Livingston can do it so can you !

Dietary restrictions: there’s was many options as i am vegetarian and i wasn’t sure if there was food for me to eat but there was so many options and i was very pleased

One of the better kfc, food is usually pretty well made, and it’s never that busy unless you go during the school luck hour, the place is moderately clean for a fast food chain, however the toilets are never very clean.Staff are friendly enough.Parking: Plenty of parking, shared parking with other shops.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor has a disabled bathroom. Chairs that can be moved to allow a wheelchair to fit in and enough space between seating to allow wheelchair to navigate. However doors are heavy and not automatic.
