A lot of really nice and somewhat unique dishes for a Chinese take-away. I order here a lot and I am rarely let down by what I have. We always order using the website for collection because it comes out cheaper, is better for the business, and we often receive a call from them to let us know it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Only negative is that the website design is often confusing and unintuitive.

One star is being complimentary about this place. Ordered a couple of nights ago and didn't stop being sick for the next 36 hours. Husband had gastric symptoms too although thankfully he'd seen his meal for the slop that it was and not eaten much of it. Lucky I'm not getting the food standards authority involved. Very nearly missed out on a trip away because of food posioning! Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a chicken curry and got a tub of slops!If you want a decent curry, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this crowd, vomit food!!!!

Just once I had a bad experience on deliveries - perhaps they were too busy as it took over 3 hours. I use Orient every week and the food is great. On occasions if you ask for any special requests it can be forgotten about eg no onions….but all in all I’ve had great experience over the last 2 years
TERRIBLE! i ordered chicken balls and got given food poisoning, this also happened to my friend on a different occasion. beware if you order from this place?

By far best Chinese in the area. The lady behide desk is always so kind and friendly and gives amazing customer service every time. She even knew my order for pick up just with me walking in the door. All round great food and great service wouldn't order from anywhere else ? don't understand other reviews never had problem in the 2/3 years I been ordering try before you judge you won't regret it.

For the past couple of years or so, Orient has been our "go to" for Chinese food.A few weeks ago, we ordered sweet n sour chicken, the sauce was spicy. Thought it was my daughter being fussy, but it had some heat in it!Thought it was a mistake, but we'd waited ages for it so I gave her some of my dinner.Ordered sweet n sour for myself tonight and again, it's got a proper kick to it. It's never been like that in the past and with fussy kids (who previously loved this dish!) we're going to have to rethink where we order from.Food just hasn't been the same, don't know if it's a new chef or different ingredients, but it's really put me off now
