Came for dinner food amazing must be a new chef but front of house absolutely shocking we had to ask for a drink after waiting 15mins then had to ask for someone to take our order ask young staff where too busy talking didn't ask if we needed any condiments just put food down and walked away think they need to look at the staff serving as it was shocking but the food was amazing

Service was terrible, several times we had to go to the bar to ask them to come and serve our table. One of the orders was wrong and was left sitting well the rest had dinner.Dirty plates left on table well after Everyone had finished eating and again had to ask twice before it was cleaned. To then be hit with a service charge on our bill. Disappointed is an understatement!

This was a complete waste of money, the salad was limp and 4 tempura prawns is a joke for £7.50 for that price should be double and a decent amount of salad should be provided. There was a blonde waitress who waited until I went to toilet to bad mouth me to the person I was with who I don’t know very well . The girl has an issue with me , and has no right to discuss me with anyone, especially someone I barely know, she kept hovering around the table to try and make me feel uncomfortable, although the person I was with didn’t tell me about her comments until I was home. Based on what she disclosed I will be seeking legal advice about data protection, and my rights. I’m having a very difficult time and have been on the receiving end of domestic abuse that affected my mental health, and she disclosed my breakdown with a ver near stranger to me. Istruggle to leave the house, and that had been the first time I’d left home since Christmas Day so as well as being disappointed with the food, I was subjected to abuse as she tried to intimidate me and embarrass me,

Hidden Livingston gem. We had some excellent pasta dishes, the portion sizes were generous and the sauces were simply amazing, we couldn't get enough of them. The staff was very polite and helpful and the atmosphere was nice and laid back. Will definitely come back!

Amazing service. We were needing dinner with a quick turnaround to attend a show on time. They contacted us ahead of our visit to ensure the food could be pre-ordered and ready to go when we arrived, and they did exactly that. The food was also great, large portions and super tasty. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It is so rare to receive good service nowadays and I wanted to let them know we appreciated it!
