I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and normal crust. Once I got home I noticed that the pizza had stuffed cheese crust. I have dairy intolerance. I contacted the store 12 minutes after collecting the pizza, I was advised to call the store the next day as the manager was not in the store at the time to proceed with a refund. I contacted the store this morning as planned and the store manager did not want to issue a refund as previously mentioned by the colleague. Prin "store manager" kept mentioning that he needs to contact the area manager to issue a refund. I will definitely not be buying from Papa John again.

Previously, I used to be a very big fan of Domino's pizza, but, ever since we tried Papa John's Pizza, now we are all big fan of Papa John's Pizza.In Livingston store, staff was very friendly and welcoming, premises look very clean and tidy. The service was excellent and they always make the pizza on time with the best quality. It tastes delicious.

I don't normally leave negative comments, I generally like to leave positive comments because I don't think people get enough credit in life, especially for the little things. However, this is the second time, after a long hiatus, I've ordered food from Papa Johns. I can say with confidence I will never order food from Papa Johns ever again. I speak no hyperbole when I say it is not only the worst pizza (and chicken) I have ever ordered but possibly the worst meal. I'm the type of person that will battle through any meal because I was raised to have gratitude and be thankful of food. I binned your pizza and gave the chicken sides to my dog; except the two I spat out for having the texture of a ligament. The pizza I had was so tasteless I had to take a COVID test to make sure I wasn't symptomatic. I then ate on a microwaveable pizza that had been languishing in the bottom of my freezer and was 6 months out of date that was at least 7 times better. I'm coming here becasue my review from the site/app itself went missing.

Being a life time domino's fan I tired papajohns for the first time. Pizza is better in every way and attention to detail is much better. Little pizza tables are a nice thing to see :)

Really disappointing pizza today. Ordered the epic garlic cheese stuffed crust and the box was swimming in oil/grease! The base was extremely thin, not like the original that we normally receive. Won’t be back for a while.
The staff are friendly, food is fantastic and delicious, and the prices are reasonable (with good offers especially)!

I'm posting this review after 2nd order. On both occasions delivery was super quick. All ingridients were fresh and kitchen followed all instruction.
