This is onlya pick up place so I don't expect any atmosphere. I ordered the new yorker. I had it previous and enjoyed it. This time not so good. Its tasteless. Bread tomato and cheese , but something has been missed out? Completely no taste to it ?

I ordered from here this Friday evening, it arrived stone cold with the seals totally broken on the pizza and the side box's seal was also not down. I tried to give it back to the driver but he refused to take it, driver was from just eat even though id ordered directly from pizzahut not via the third party who delivered it. When I called the number it just says "number not recognised" so I couldn't even contact the pizzahut I ordered from directly. Sadly pizza and side got binned as no one trusted it since the seals were broken. It was also late. Waste of money and if I were to order again as the food is usually good, I'd use deliveroo as at least then if this problem occurred again at least I'd have a chance at getting my money back or some other resolution.The dessert was as always good though and it's seal was intact.

Was my first time there,and all I can say is it's bacteria city . The salad bar wasn't fresh as they claim,kids just lifting food from it with their HANDS with no parent supervision or staff vetting on this to prevent this happening, however some adults were just as bad too. The price of the all in buffet was 19.99, come on who the hell can eat all that food ,very not justified. I didn't want the buffet it was over priced for someone who doesn't eat alot. Was going to order the Mac and cheese that was 10.99 at that price it better have fed 4 people a portion of chips was 4.95 is it a three pound bag of potatoes ?. All I can say is pizza hut my first time there and I will not be back unless I want a stay in hospital and will never be back EVER.

Don't trust the opening times. This branch is hardly open. Not sure how they get away with it. They close early and still accept orders which you never receive. You have to go through support for a refund. Their email that they leave on the door, they never answer to.They gave us a £15 voucher as a sorry. Too bad we can never use it as this bunch never want to work!Joke of a branch and a franchise. Just go to Domino's instead.

Usually no problems however ordered in the branch this time and waited on food. Ordered two pizzas, only one was correct the other was plain with neither of the toppings I asked for. Didn’t realise until I got home and when I tried to call the branch I could l not get through at all. Ridiculous!!! Ended up just giving up and eating the plain pizza, what annoyed me more than the wrong order was the fact I could not get through on the phone after being in the store 10 minutes prior and see if they were not too busy!

Still waiting for food after 2 hours from ordering, and nobody ever answers the phone, go onto customer service and just says phone the hut.....that never answers, shambles, guys need sacked, used to love getting from hear.
