Absolutely shocking service been going to this chippy for over 22 years and the service I received was atrocious. Had 4 meals. Asked for no salad and separate sauce on kebab but first fish was all stuck to paper chips and curry was squashed and pouring out and the scrunchy was soggy. The donner kebab however came with the sauce one top. It actually didn’t look like chilli either it looked like salsa it was very thick. We phoned to ask and got screamed down the phone and told there was a charge we are fine with that but they didn’t say this while ordering. Maybe if the girl serving was actually paying attention. Told to take back over for them not to even sort it for us. Told us to never come back again and gave us our money back but not even the right amount £6 not £6.50. So one of us had nothing even if we wanted it was the best looking thing to be honest. This place has went right down hill and after tonight’s experience they actually thought we’d go back is a joke and to get dirty looks walking into a chippy for a wrong order is disrespectful. The attitude the owner presented was appalling and allowing his daughter to scream about me while on the phone is atrocious. Avoid at all costs

The worst service ever. Owner had no customer service what so ever, asked him if he had put bq sauce on and his answer was with attitude "did you ask for it" PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are so many reviews complaining about same rudness and attitude with customers.

Worst place ever owner very abusive rude asked for sauce on burger 3 times eventually got an answer load and clear we must order properly .the other one just started at us .old oil just not worth all the abuse you get . Will never be back

Order here usually at least once a week, usually great no problems with food. On this occasion an item was missing from our order which was over £50. Called 38 times and they didn’t answer their phone before I went down only to get there to have attitude from staff saying they put it in the bag, basically calling me a liar. I says I wouldn’t come down over a sausage supper, to be told you only stay round the corner. Had to leave 4 kids under 5 at my mums who’s disabled to go there. Shocking customer service and attitude for a regular customer. Disgrace, work in a restaurant/takeaway myself and I know accidents happen, admit your fault and apologise and rectify it don’t belittle customers in your shop in front of other people for your mistakes.

Pure rubbish dried kebab meat left over chips curry sause still had white powder through £21 wow never again wouldnt even give it one star

See Courtney Heaneys review, basically same experience but ordered delivery of 4, yup 4 items , delivered 3 then after phoning and being told that 2 were packed together when they weren't they called back to say they'd get the one bag of chips out straightway, I told them not to bother and keep them. Driver turns up 40 minutes later with chips!! Told him to keep them and I wouldnt be back. Used to be a good chippy dont know what's happened but the chips were 1/2 cooked, the pizza base 12 was 1/2 done as well. Disappointing really but I'mfrom Uphall , guess the few more miles to Aldos will be worth it.

I ordered chips from here. The owner and staff were extremely rude and kept starting at us. They in turn called my friend a P*ki and said we're not welcome in the store again. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
