Not enough people on checkouts changed review to one star from two if there are meal deels you have to check your receipt every time the amount of times I have had to go back is ridiculous also the stuff that is just in date thisused to be my go to shop notMy wife went back today 1/3/24 Bought cheese at reduced price £3.25 to£1.95 and at. checkout got charged £3 25 back to customers service that agreed she had been overcharged come on Asda get your house in order this is happening on a day to day basis and I for one will tell everyone I know to beware it really is badcharged original price so back to customers service and they agreed she was overcharged how many people don't check there receipt do Asda do this deliparly it's happeninganymore the staff are very helpful on customer service it's just a shame you have to use them so often won't be back

Handed my boots into Timpson Asda Straiton last Saturday the guy said the pin could snap which it did. He then proceeded to file down the heel without advising me of this or that he would have to take quite a bit of the heel away. Once he done it he then told me about it and also that I would be off balance due to the amount he had to take off the heel. He advised that he would contact me later on that day or the Sunday. I contacted him on the Sundaymorning and advised him that I was unhappy as I felt that he should've discussed the job with me prior to altering the heel. He accused me of arguing on the phone with him and told me to come into the shop to discuss, and hung up on me.I went into the shop and he told me that he had already explained the full job but my husband and I disagreed and explained that he only explained that the pin may snap. I left the boots with him and waited on a phonecall for a week. My husband went up today to find out what was going on and we have been given them back and the heel is totally distorted. He said this was the best he could do. I feel they are a mess. His explanation is that "if you dont take a good look you'll not notice it". I feel like I have had no say in the outcome and the boots themselves look fit for the bin. I wouldnt even give you a star but I couldnt post the review without it.

Absolute joke! Got accused of buying too many of something by a security guard AFTER I had paid and was trying to leave! Got told there is a limit, I told her there is no signage and the cashier told her nothing came up on the till. She insisted we wait, I reiterated we had paid I was leaving. She said no you have to wait, I firmly said no I've paid I'm leaving. She started accusing me of being aggressive! Eh no I was frustrated, aggressive is shouting and screaming. God forbid you shop for a large family or a food bank ? Surely you should be more concerned with people shoplifting not people BUYING stuff.

Cafe under staffed ! Staff were run off their feet and did their best. Food was warm, not hot :-(
Miserable, went for a exchange of headphones at the customer service point, the customer assistant didn’t took off the security protected off, so as I was going out it started to beep. 2 securities (men and women) scrutinising me on giving them receipt held me up for 10minutes when it was nothing wrong on my side. Called me twice back. It was the duty of the customer service assistant desk to deal with this matter as he knew what happened never bothered to say anything. This happened to me on 3rd October at 3.00 pmThis is discriminating and disrespecting innocent customers, security need to go for training, look for thieves instead of accusing innocent people.
