Spent an age looking for a good Indian after moving back to Edinburgh, and found it in Loanhead! Had a great valentine's dinner here, can't wait to come back.

Stewart Brewing

Great selection of beers, as you would expect.
Pizza was delicious. We had Hot Honey, and The G.O.A.T.
The pizza base is very soft & light.
It was quite busy, you can sit outside or inside & dogs are welcome.
Staff were relaxed and friendly.
Definitely worth a visit or two.

Stotties Cafe & Takeaway

Good place, tasty food, good portions and affordable. Would go again, and the guy who makes the food is nice as well and seem to have a passion for making his food.

Forresters Arms

Very good pub clean bar staff polite good banter at the bar and entertainment some Fridays it's one of my locals now and highly recommend if you want a good pint in a good atmosphere

The best Chinese restaurant I have been to since moving through to mid Lothian.
Always call beforehand and pick up my order as they are constantly busy!

The Masons Arms

Had a fabulous time last Saturday ....Rick was great doing the Karaoke ....a nice guy .....the bar staff friendly and nice too ....will definately go back ....Helen loved her Karaoke songs ....and also my friend Willie .....and the other singers .....Paddys as us locals call the Masons ....so deserving of 5 star rating and the drinks moderately priced

It's about time the staff used there ears to listen and not just to hang their glasses off.It's so frustrating!Wheelchair accessibility: Street level facilities except toilets. They are upstairs

I’m a fish supper kind of guy, so can’t really speak for anything else on the menu, but the fish here is some of the best I’ve had from a chippy. My wife also raves about the chicken goujons, they’re the best apparently. Never had an issue with service.

Gourmet Chinese Takeaway

Amazing takeaway, very delicious and flavourful. £28 for two chow meins, 2 sides and 2 cans of juice. Found this reasonable so will be buying again from here. Recommended by a friend who is a loyal customer.

Food was lovely, the staff were welcoming, the one and only thing that let it down was the gravy was so thin and flavourless. I emphasise that the rest of the food was 10/10 but do avoid that gravy
