Poor customer service. Was regular customer and food usually good. Had bad meal so much so asked if there had been a change of chef. They did not offer replacement. Was refused refund or replacement. Very poor customer service. Disappointed. Won’t be back and would no longer recommend

I feel like it's went down hill a bit.Now after the place has settled in the food has really improved ? ? so I can definitely recommend that if you are looking for a good takeaway this is a great choice.Parking: There's a 10 space car park right next to the restaurant.

Food is some what good here . Some times we have noticed in the week can be abit stail like reheated . How ever I'm sure that would be illegal . Over all spicy chips is none what so ever carnt beat them best around

Phoned up and Asked for a delivery and waited 1 1/2 hours then phoned up asking where my delivery was told it was on its way waited another half hour and it still did not arrive phoned up and complained and didn’t get a sorry just told I could make another order. Very disappointed didn’t get the order.NOT RECOMMEND ?

I order crispy chicken and that wasn't crispy and fresh atall, this was definitely old or reheated tasted really gummy and discusting more frybutter than chicken on the stripes. When I back with complain with more than half a portions the member of staff doesn't helpful, start talking chinnese and shouting with rest of the team members at chinnese all the time, treat me like a chanser who want a free food. I even spoke with menager Connie and she want give me new food but I doesn't want any more food from them and she didn't give me any refund, like for me she was useless. I will never ever buy anything from this Chinese.Not recommendedOld foodPoor service
