It's about time the staff used there ears to listen and not just to hang their glasses off. It's so frustrating!Wheelchair accessibility: Street level facilities except toilets. They are upstairs

Forced in by a "friend".Same dystopian twist on ruining a hot drink with vile flavours to mask the bitterness of the hurriedly and badly brewed coffee.

Popped in for a Hot Chocolate, was served by David who was very efficient and kind and chatty. Great service and cheers for the blether.

Revisited Starbucks earlier tonight. My last visit was terrible (see last review below)However, things have improved.Firstly I mention the staff who were very friendly, helpful and considerate. This time, there were two gluten-free snacks available. Very limited, but at least they had something. They were clearing tables and keeping things turning over quite quickly.Service was great ?This is why we should always give a place a second try. Sometimes, a bad experience is just them having one off-day.Absolutely no gluten free snacks and no gluten free procedures in making drinks. Tables were not being cleaned and the floor was very messy especially at the entrance to the shop. I was very disappointed with the shop.Dietary restrictions: It would have been nice to have more of a choice for gluten-free options, but at least there was something available.

By far the best Starbucks in Edinburgh. Management must be awesome because staff are always friendly. Food is great, (expensive but quality) and the atmosphere upstairs is superb.

I can't believe how good the coffee is, I'd been ordering from my hometown the same drink but compared to the one in Edinburgh it was bitter brewed old coffee, the Straiton one made it beautifully.Vegetarian options: Check online for allergens
I have discovered the iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it is fab, and not even heavy on the calories. I didn't sit in this time but I do like to occasionally. This is a nice clean store, good atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Popped in for a white chocolate mocha on way back from Haggerton, plenty of free parking and good shops just over the way.Quick service.Toilets available on ground floor.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor accessible toilets and seating in and outside.

Just had a drive thru good service

Just expensive and dreadful. It's just a name that's all. I was obviously really disappointed with the coffee and food was bland.

The panini's were really disappointing. Tasteless and not very toasted. The strawberries and cream frappacinno tasted of cream not strawberry.Lovely staff but disappointing food and drink.
