So disappointed. my enthusiastic son, Ibrahim raj suggested we try this place out and the food took atleast 50 minutes to arrive. On top of that he was almost certain an employees hair was inside of his pizza. Service was great but my devastated son was extremely tearful on his way home. Sad to say we won’t be back.

When I tell you this place was one of the worst experiences I have had out I mean it. This restaurant needs to shut down it’s vile I’ll explain now. First things first they basically had nothing in such as milkshakes which isn’t extremely great and it seemed like it wasn’t a few things they didn’t have they seemed to have majority of things unavailable as I saw them going to other tables saying they don’t have it. Anyway, we ordered our food and i specifically asked for a margarita pizza (keep that in mind for later) so that was all fine we ordered and we waited. Time passed and we were all getting hungry and people who came in after us were getting served before us which is not fair at all because we waited longer for our meal, anyway it got to the point where we complained and they apparently just “put our order to one side” I mean what kind of idiotic thing to do? We were then given our meal by a very rude and unprofessional man who tried to give me a pizza with mushrooms on it although I asked for a plain margarita and then started accusing us as if it was our fault? He ran off in a strop muttering stuff under his breath which is really unprofessional of him and his tone was really nasty too. Another member of staff came over and asked what was wrong we explained and she then went to tell the kitchen staff (who are really unhygienic btw I’ll get to that in a minute) we then got our food firstly the side salad we got was literally mixed leaves from a super market chucked in a bowl which you’ll see in the photo below, then whilst I was eating my margarita pizza I noticed a hair on it which is absolutely vile it made me not want to eat it anymore, (I left that slice and moved on to the rest of the pizza because I was so hungry) the pizza was really bad quality which then made me feel sick so I had to go outside because even the atmosphere was disgusting the light above us was covered in dust, you may be able to see from the photo below, and to top of the pizza it was also sort of charcoaly which is that stuff on the plate in the picture below which was not very appealing. Another member at my table also had burger and chips and the chips look like oven chips because if you see in the photo the have some sort of ice layer on them and they are also partly green which is disgusting. Overall really really really poor experience I did not enjoy it and I hope this place gets shut down for good ive looked at previous reviews also seeming to have issues with rude customer service and the ridiculously long wait time. First and last time visiting this tony macaroni chain again I’ve went to other chains and they are still disgusting but this one has got to be by far the worst one and I’m appalled especially by that man by the way he treated us, if you want to run a good restaurant employ staff with good customer service skills and make actually edible food with At least some effort in. Will not be back and hope no one else goes through this because it was disgusting ? ???

Understaffed. Waited really long for just water to come and even longer for the food to come and even get the bill paid. What's the worst is the mussels are not fresh and smelly.

Friendly service but slow probably due to a very slow kitchen. Clearly understaffed. We ordered the burger that had little taste ,and the chips were cold, the carbonara that were ok, the spaghetti n’duja that tasted ok too but had at best 1/2 teaspoon of n’duja meat - the waiter reassured me this was how the dish was supposed to be which was disappointing. I was offered a free starter to make up which was a kind gesture but I declined as we already had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive to begin with and I was not prepared to wait anymore - so overall this was a poor experience. The visit to the toilets just reinforced the feeling the whole place is not well managed or looked after as the toilets were dirty, smelly and grimy. Won’t go back and certainly won’t advise anyone else to visit

Food was terrible. 4 cheese macaroni tasted like a bland cream sauce, carbonara was tasteless and my aunts lasagne had lots of chunks of hard pasta. Restaurant was cold and toilets were filthy. The sink in the disabled looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and everything was covered in thick dust. Wont be back and its actually put me off the chain. Far too expensive for what it is.
Went last night for a quick bite, service absolutely brilliant and also great fun (Harry) was best waiter ever, food was okay, pizzas a bit burnt, the killer for me was, I received £100 of vouchers when I left my work my last £20 could not be used as it was over 6 month old ( I don’t understand why a company would take money from you and not let you spend it) I did ask before I ordered and was going to go somewhere else but my wife would not leave. So I would recommend not getting vouchers for Tony Macaroni direct go to life style at least you you get a year.
