Brilliant motorway services with the cleanest toilets and most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. Everyone was so friendly. Had a simple McDonald’s for late lunch and the food was hot and served with a smile. Particular thanks to the cleaners of the ladies loos. They were pristine clean and smelled amazing. Thanks for your work. Really appreciate it.

Came to mcdonalds to try it out hadn't been to this services b4 to eat was surprised the prices where the same as any mcdonalds giving it was located In a services so get 5 stars for that, the view is beautiful nice big windows and tables close to the windows 5 stars for that, staff friendly has never been to busy when we have been so served pretty quickly 5 stars for that the only thing that lets this place down big style is they do not clean good enough seats are dirty I always bring my own things to clean tables anywhere I go but I have been here 3 times now and not once seen anyone take a cloth or spray to a table the toddler high chairs need jet washed too its a shame because it's this that let's it down so 1 star was lost for that get a good cleaner in and your place would be perfect

The food quantity was outstanding, chips were cooked and salted to perfection, nice and crunch chicken nuggets and hot food very impressed. Worth the wait All McDonalds should be at this standard

With most Motorway Service Area facilities grossly overpriced it is good to find reasonably priced food and coffee. Quick service, cheerful staff, excellent breakfast porridge and good coffee. The absence of the usual piped overloud music is appreciated.

Absolutley ragin after arivving here, not only is the bit got very bad hygiene, the staff were rude and unwelcoming/ we pit in a order wich took around roughly 30 mins for 4 people, the absolute imbossiles couldnt work a drink machine. we ordered 3 oasis and 1 coke, when we recieved our order after half an hour they had managed to put 4 cokes in/ absolutley disgraceful from them and the audacity of the manager to tell us the order was right but to get out. DISRGRACEFULL

McDonald's has amazing pictures of burgers - Beautiful food photography.\\nActual burgers are just about edible if you can't be bothered to look literally anywhere else to eat.

Bought a McPlant and a coffee here on the way home to Edinburgh.\\nThe 'burger' looked like it had been thrown onto the bun base from a good distance as half of it was hanging out of the bun when i picked it up!! The lettuce and other bits were all over the place and my hand got covered in topping trying to sort it out.\\nHow difficult can it be to place a burger in the middle of a bun?? Pathetic 'service'.

Just went in for 2 McFlurrys and 1 tea. Waited 20 minutes and could see the order lying there. Lots of staff and orders piling up. Very unorganised and when a very polite complaint was put into the manager manager he was verbally aggressive. Give it a miss.

Although many of the products were out of stock at the end of the busy June 5th, the dining area was very clean. I personally saw the lady (Liz) cleaning so consciously that I went to thank her for her good job. The 5* is because of her and how relaxing experience was eating with small kids in a busy service area.

Worst Mc's I've been to for years. Plenty of staff but there doesnt appear to be any desire to serve you in under 20 minutes. Lots of people waiting. Then when you finally do get you order it's all cold, and I do mean cold. I cant understand what the delay is, the food had obviously been standing for a long time, probably even before it was ordered.Who ever is managing this should be ashamed.

The food is of an acceptable standard, st the level one would expect of 'fast food'. It was delivered quite quickly. Staff were as communicative and customer focussed as one might expect in a motorway service area but they were polite and not disrespectful. Overall a decent experience
