We first heard of this brewery though James Martin's TV programme. Me and my husband like craft beers and when we saw this we wanted to give them a go.We love how they are named after jets, that's a quirky touch.It was my husbands birthday so I thought i would by him a selection to try. Got a quick reply on my question regarding tour availability from Zara who’s in charge of the tap room.We had an enthousiastic guide who took us around the brewery. Telling us about the process of making beer but also telling us about the people that make the beer. We had the chance to talk to the brewer who was currently making a batch of beer.
