The Lossie Chip Shop

In a town with at least 4 fish & chips shops, we chose well with The Lossie Chip Shop, waiting until they were open later in the week. It didn't disappoint.
Great food, cooked to order, with very friendly servers.
Only marked down because a takeaway never has the best atmosphere, but nothing wrong - any chippy where so many folk are willing to wait, is worth a visit.
Will be back next time we at up here.

Macraj Indian Restaurant & Takeaway

My daughter ate here on holiday and raved on so much about how great it was we had to go see for ourselves. I had to admit I did not think it could be as good as she made out but fair play the food was perfect and I would recommend the experience to anyone. 5 stars all round. Spoke to the chef and everything. Such a lovely bunch in there - do yourself a favour and give it a go!

Twenty Nineteen Coffee

Thank you so much Amanda for the superb takeaway buffet for 16 of us. It was really enjoyed by all. Thanks for your advice on how much to order and for allowing us to mix and match from your different buffet menus. The cheesecakes and strawberry tarts went down a treat, the chicken kebabs were succulent, I could go on… Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Thai Cottage

Had an amazing meal from Thai Cottage last night . Had a set meal for two people which provided food for three people for two nights . It was delicious, value for money and delivered straight to our door . Would definitely order again . Great service as well . Thank you .

Oh my goodness the food is so fresh and tasty. Cullen Skink and the most delicious fresh lobster roll ever. Got some home made custard creams wow wish we had bought more. Please give them a try for great food and friendly staff

Great wee shop with lots of delicious sweeties and home made tablet . Always a friendly welcome and nothing is too much bother for Frances. She always has a friendly smile for her customers and can make up special boxes or gifts to suit all

Just had our Sunday lunch here. Absolutely fab! Really big portions and lovely veg. With 2 yorkshire puds and roast potatoes. Plus a bowl of cauliflower cheese. We had the choice of chicken or beef. So 3 of us had beef and I had chicken. The beef was melt in the mouth and the chicken was a half chicken. Massive! Lovely, friendly owners/staff too. If you like a big hearty Sunday lunch I would definitely recommend it here. We were all stuffed but still had a pudding! ?

We've eaten here a few times in the afternoon, always outside as we have a dog. The food has always been very good. Recently the service and attention to detail has deteriorated.

The Firth

Lovely food. Slow for serving food due to it been cooked fresh so keep that in mind!
There starters are amazing! Averaging £10 each. A very good selection of gluten free food on a separate menu.
Lovely bar and the only thing we found was the tables were closed together which was alittle uncomfortable for the taller guys.

A lively and welcoming pub with great drinks and atmosphere, perfect for socialising with friends or enjoying a relaxed meal. Friendly staff, good service, and a classic pub vibe make it a popular local favourite

What a place!!! If I could leave more stars I absolutely would. We were part of a large group. Food was wonderful, service top notch and Julie made our friend's 40th birthday celebrations unforgettable. Thanks for a fantastic evening, see you next year!

The Beach Hut

We just had an amazing experience at The Beach Hut café at Lossiemoth east beach next to golf course! The chicken in breadcrumbs was absolutely delicious — so tender it melted in the mouth. Every bite was a delight!

The view of the sea is breathtaking, making the whole atmosphere feel peaceful and special. Everything around is beautifully designed and well taken care of — you can feel the attention to detail.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food is top-notch, not only in taste but also in presentation — everything looked and tasted fantastic.

We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect dining experience with a view. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Ocean Pearl

Just had a takeaway from the ocean pearl and it was lovely. Best Chinese we have had for a long time. Just a pity it is in Lossiemouth and not nearer our home as we were at silver sands for the weekend . Some reviews were not very good but we decided to give it a go and were certainly not disappointed. Guy that served me was very friendly

Arrived Thursay eveing - Food was 10/10 - great prices. Warm welcome and friendly though out - staff cannot do enough for you - allowed us to taste beers before buying !! Definitely recommend ? will return

The Salt Cellar

Been many time ,but today the staff where on fire( not literally) food was great especially the lamb Henry mainly because I had it but all with me enjoying the food and atmosphere well done today

New Sunrise

On holiday and ordered king prawn curry small noodles fried rice satay sauce pineapple fritters and everything was outstanding especially the prawns big and tasty highly recommended if you’re in the area like me
