As a baker myself the first thing I always check out in a town is the bakeries. The bakehouse was first class ? the products looked fantastic. I had a pain au chocolate which was superb ?. I also picked up a foccacia which again was beautiful. You can tell quality ingredients are being used and skillful bakers producing the goods. Great stuff well done ?

We were waiting for our train early in the morning and had time to kill. We noticed a decent queue of people while wandering town and curious to see what had so many people standing in line that early in the morning we took a look. The shop looked lovely and smelled even better so we decided to join as fresh baked goods sounded nice for the long train ride back. I am so thankful we did! The service was so friendly and fast despite how busy they were and the food was FANTASTIC! It was hands down the best sourdough I have ever had. Definitely make a stop here if you are ever near Mallaig for any reason.

Staying in an apartment on the main street in Mallaig and looking for somewhere for a light breakfast, we consulted TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed as we had the best croissants ever. The choice was immense. Suffice to say the diet starts tomorrow!

We are happy to travel by car and then ferry to visit this place. The bakery is superb - the skillset of the bakers are on display everywhere - from excellent sourdough bread to patisserie to die for. Its efficiently run - the staff are very pleasant - there is often a queue to enter which is a good sign. I wish this business every success as to me they appear to be doing everything to perfection!

Amazing bakery. The best ever raspberry, custard cake/donut type thing and their focaccia’s were delicious too.
Amazing produce, we couldn't choose what to get so went back twice in 30mins. The pizzas and focaccias are stunning. The sweet goods are excellent too. Well worth the drive from Acharacle.

I've lived in mallaig all my days I've seen old bakeries and bakeries that do frozen but I've neve ever tasted baking IE bread cakes etc like this it's wort ten stars and more
