Nice place but £13.00 for 2 pints an a single malt was ridiculous then to be told the malt was £6 a nip argh think should have been told that before we ordered

Fantastic little pub. I walked in for my first visit late evening as a stranger. A couple hours later I feel like I left as a friend. If I'm back in town in future, I will be returning! Thank you for your hospitality and chatter.

First visit, much too impress.....warm blazing log burner, cosy, ..look around looks immaculate.......Was a guest at a Christmas Bash....efficient friendly staff, greeted as though I was a regular.....nothing seemed to much trouble.....Lunch was delicious, .......interesting soup, then sure my fish, still had a pulse it was so fresh, perfect batter, great chips and garden peas.......chocolate cake with ice cream... ..how could you not enjoy......Will definitely return, aparently very reasonably priced....so I am informed.....pop your head in folks, sure like me you will be very pleasantly surprised........
