Fantastic little pub. I walked in for my first visit late evening as a stranger. A couple hours later I feel like I left as a friend. If I'm back in town in future, I will be returning! Thank you for your hospitality and chatter.
First visit, much too impress.....warm blazing log burner, cosy, ..look around looks immaculate.......Was a guest at a Christmas Bash....efficient friendly staff, greeted as though I was a regular.....nothing seemed to much trouble.....Lunch was delicious, .......interesting soup, then sure my fish, still had a pulse it was so fresh, perfect batter, great chips and garden peas.......chocolate cake with ice cream... ..how could you not enjoy......Will definitely return, aparently...read full review

Cracking pub. Both enjoyed the atmosphere and met some really nice people as well . Will be back although we've been 4 times already. Clean good prices and do food. Short distance from the house. What more could you want?? ??
