I get my coffee from here most mornings. It’s my favourite coffee for such a great price. Lovely people running it, always a pleasant experience when you

The guys working this morning were super friendly and welcoming. My chai was great and I was very grateful that the station had someplace to buy food and tea early in the morning. My friend liked that she was able to add her own sweetener to her coffee latte.Vegetarian options: They have a fried egg roll as a breakfast option.

The coffee had a strong bit of bacon in it I would say this is bad but it was absolutely splendid you should add it to your menue, I insist. ?

In the area one day with work, and was in the need for a coffee and something to eat, and looking online for places close by, Prego came up. At first glance nothing more than just a cabin on the platform at Milngavie Train Station, but a truly great place! Plenty of options on their menu, and ordered a morning roll and coffee to go. Prices are excellent, and what I ordered was really tasty. If in area again, will most certainly be back again.

I really like a daily take-away coffee - it's one of the few things that we can still do during lockdown - and it could be said that I'm quite fussy about the quality and the taste. We are very lucky in the centre of Milngavie as there are several well-known chain and independent coffee shops but - having tried them all - there is no doubt in our minds that the coffee from the Prego stall at Milngavie railway station is the best of all. I usually go for the cappuccino while hubby prefers a mocha. The coffee is well priced (cheaper than most of the competition) and served in bamboo cups, which are compostable. I wash out mine and use them for planting vegetable seeds and re-potting small seedlings. Prego also serves really good rolls with bacon or sausage. Although established to serve rail commuters (of which there are very few at present), many people like us just pop down to the station to buy the coffee. As the coffee stall is only open till 1.30pm, this has to be a morning or lunchtime visit.
