Staff on the self checkout are usually talking amongst themselves, there's generally 3-4 of them there, but you've still to wave at them for them to come and do their job of verifying your purchase, and they sometimes act really annoyed that you've had the audacity to tear them away from their personal conversation to do their job. Some staff are friendly, but far too many are downright unfriendly and rude. Also, the upstairs male toilets are a disgrace, always absoutly stinking of urine, I always need to hold my breath when I go in, it's really disgusting.

The Asda Motherwell Superstore is a standard Asda that offers a range of products to suit everyone. I needed to come here to pick up a few snacks and I like their bakery section. They are in a very ideal location in Motherwell and they also have good parking too. I do feel that there isn't enough staff here to accomondate for the needs of the customers which is frustrating as I've needed to ask some staff for help but I couldn't find them.

Asked for a vegan BBQ pizza but they were out of stock . I then went for a veggie supreme and the lady asked if I was vegetarian/vegan. The lady then went on to open new items of food so that nothing was contaminated . Lovely gesture. I didn't get her name but it was this eve of 20th around seven pm.

The store in general is fine. However, I asked to use the disabled toilet located just inside the entrance on the first floor and was told the toilets were upstairs. Not all disabilities are visible just by looking someone up and down like the person at the security desk did when I asked to use the disabled toilet. I know he has the keys as I've used them before, although it was a different person. Yes, I am disabled and I shouldn't have to feel like I need to pull out my disabled badge to prove it! Horrible attitude. Looking someone up and down and obviously deciding what they think a disabled person should look like.

Hi. because of very lazy employees who think they are great managers can't give more than one star. they talk very dry and boring with customers. they sit in warehouses and scratch their bottoms instead of going out to help customers.

I found that the customer service at this store was poor when complained to The duty Manager (Brian) on Tuesday 25th July I found myself being told that I was a liarI purchased a box of ASDA chocolate assorted priced on the shelve at £3.40 in Red stating save 60p I was charged the £4 at the till when I brought this to the attention of Customer Service a member of staff went to verify the price he returned with a duty Manager and we both went to check the POS on the shelve to find that the POS had been removed and no price point was showing I was then informed by Brian that i would require my debt card to receive the refund I then had to travel back home to retrieve my debt card and return to the store to receive the refund I found the attitude from the Duty Manager disgusting

Check your recipes, you're guaranteed to have been charged double the price on one or a few items depending on the size of the shop you just got. Oh and if you are in a wheelchair you'll probably have trouble reaching the store as lazy inconsiderate car owners block the paths with trollies and be careful using the zebra crossing right at the front because a shockingly large number of car owners have almost hit me or ran over my foot. Frustrating Motherwell Asda is.

The good weather means some of the shelves are empty.
