I usually buy from hear quite a bit , but tonight's 16" donor pizza was the worst by far , we paid for extra cheese and if it had been applied they wouldn't have burnt the little donnor they put on it , £25 for pizza and chips and the pizza was poor , it's out me right off this place, think it only had about 3 strips into bits put on the whole pizza, poor show chilli hut

Avoid Avoid thought I would've learned my lesson but absolute joke of shop. Delivery is absolutely slow and shocking 2hrs for a Tuesday night utterly abysmal and the order is wrong to top it of?????????

I ordered a mixed hoagie and he gave me a donner hoagie and when I phoned to say my order is wrong he said no it wasn't and that I said a Donner hoagie and wouldnt send me a mixed hoagie unless I paid more money so whoever works there that handled my phone call tonight is a cheeky horrible person he was calling me a lot of things on the phone so I would 100% never recommend this place think the guy needs to watch how he talks to people. AVOID!!!

Would give no or minus star if possible based on ...I was just shouted at by someone at the shop when I called to tell them they had delivered a wrong order. I put my phone on speaker so my husband could hear the man. I ordered a hoagie and had a half and half chicken tikka meal delivered instead. I explained that I still had my scoffabbles order that I could prove what I ordered but got told I was wrong. Eventually I was told to pack up the tikka meal (guessing to pass on to someone else) and they would send me my original order. Still no apology. When a different driver from normal arrived he said to my husband his colleague Ali was not shouting and just was warm and tired as had been working since 3pm. This is the 3rd time in a row that orders have either been late or wrong. We've been loyal customers for years of this shop but this is ridiculous. Shouting at customers did not put any faith in me wondering what had happened to my order after it eventually got delivered put me off. If the owner would like to verify this review then please say so and I'll happily speak to them.

First time ordering from here, it goes to show u can't trust every review ,it was fast delivery, food hot (Motherwell to BELLSHILL) ,all food looks good and tastes good will definitely order again ,pleasently surprised with nann bread big and fresh alot of take aways are making them skinny and small.partner over the moon with it ??
The kind staff are so nice and they make sure to make your order to perfection a lovely atmosphere when you go in as wellKid-friendliness: They have a little seating area where kids like to go sit and the TV also helps to distract the kids

Recently ordered a FULL lamb Chasni which should come with both rice and naan, however only received rice. My bottle of coke was also out of date. Called up to rectify the issue and initially it sounded like they will send a naan to me, then got a call back 2 minutes later to say it doesn't come with a naan, a full is either rice or naan, I pointed out that is not what it says on the menu.. they blamed the host of the menu (Being Just Eat). I took him at his word, seemed weird, but arranged to have a free drink next order.Later I talked to a couple of people who use the take away regularly, they told me yes it should come with both, I checked a competitor to JE they use Scoffable says the exact same thing comes with both, and a physical menu I had also says the same thing.So they guy actually lied to me to save himself sending out a naan, even though he was going to send a driver back for a refund for the drink initially.Really Really sad, the food quality was actually good... it was soured by a lie to save a couple of pounds. Now word of mouth will spread with some people and they lost customers already from the 2 that spoke to me. Absolutely silly thing to do.Meal was ordered on the 30th Dec.
