Orderd through app to pick up sitting one hour later waiting on food for then food to be missing from order to wait even longer food was cold , and looked put to gather by a toddler definitely went down hill macdonalds !

Was here yesterday told to take a space as usual and wait on the food. Waited 25 minutes. An employee then came out asked us what we had ordered. Went back inside and brought the food out. Food was freezing. Absolutely clueless the lot of them. They are lucky I didn't go in and launch it at there brainless heads. No wonder they work for McDonald's not a brain cell between them

Beginning to think that paying for sauce is a donation to McDonald’s . I have had 2 deliveries and 1 drive through in the past month from this McDonald’s and not once have I received the paid for sauce I know it’s only 10p for currry but it is 70p for the sour cream and chive I know this is only a small thing but I even added a note on my delivery order tonight to please include my curry sauce to no avail . Ah for the love of the elusive curry sauce ?

Headless chickens would be the best way to describe the staff in this premises. Couldn't even get the order right after waiting 20 minutes for it. Better training might enhance the experience slightly.
Ordered 5 food items and 3 drinks from here, driver delivered 3 food items no drinks. With the receipt stuck to the bag clearly stating what should be being delivered. He blamed the restaurant, phone the restaurant they blame just eat. It's not just eat making the orders up it's the staff in the restaurant but they fail time and time again to take any responsibility for orders being messed up. So now we've to go without food and wait a few days for a refund from just eat that most likely won't include a refund on service charges or delivery, all because someone in the restaurant has failed to complete a pretty simple order. Not the drivers fault, not just eats fault, but McDonald's fault. Standards have gone drastically down hill in this particular restaurant.

Place is operated by scotlands highest grade mongos, can't ever get anything right, if half the orders not missing, it's the 20 nuggets with no sauce... why make it a requirement to select 4 sauces if your not going to send them either way...
